![]() ![]() Problem is, you don't have much you can do regarding other services. Zak, you seem to be the first Verizon rep to demonstrate SOME sort of actual understanding without completely blowing smoke up our tailpipes, but I'm afraid you failed to finish that thought: how would a false Spam flag be verified or own numbers are being flagged as spam everywhere. (Convenient that I can't select the smack-my-head emoji here.) How about giving us a clear response aimed at fixing the problem, not the load of that an "I/we understand." answer that's clearly not attempting to understand it from our perspective before replying with an incompetent answer. I have yet to be given an adequate answer. Most of what's in ALL these service's database are ASSUMPTIONS I'd bet ZERO are verified, and appealing that based on lack of evidence seems non-existent. Moreover, how are we supposed to ask they change the settings in their phone when they ALREADY HAVE BEEN TOLD BY VERIZON/THEIR CARRIER OR CALLER ID APP/SERVICE THAT WE'RE UNTRUSTWORTHY? Are you going to do as a "Spam Likely" caller asks and change sensitive settings in your phone, from a number you don't recognize and is already marked as spam? Seriously, think these answers through. ![]() This is amazing that the previous Verizon reps suggested ridiculous options like changing the number friends and family have saved in their number - CONTINUOUSLY AS THIS KEEPS HAPPENING - just for the rare person we barely speak to. I call for a living, none of which is cold-calling and all are either clients or people requesting a service - all too often people assume Spam SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE MY NUMBER. Yes, so it looks like the original poster is probably asking about starting with OUR OWN SERVICE, to correct or ask for an appeal/review of a false SPAM flagging on our numbers. ![]()
